As for the server being down, I understand you’re upset because it happened today, and you probably got caught holding stock.

But be fair and admit that it happens very rarely. Every broker has outages every once in awhile, even the biggest ones.

Or if you wanna lose your money quick enough. Because when their server down, you can’t send any order or modify any order, and if you try to call their 1888 number you will be on hold forever.
